The Midtown Heritage project is a ~60,000 GBSF concrete, mixed-use building comprised of 64 residential and 5 commercial units at grade.The project consist of 6 levels above grade with private, rooftop patios for several units.  

Attollo has been retained by the Owner as Project Monitor to manage all phases of the project including reporting, development, construction and treasury.   

 The project is strategically located within the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, one of the city’s most desired neighbourhoods and only ~7 minutes from downtown Vancouver.   

The project employs careful restoration of the project’s heritage features and the incorporation of unique community aspects such as live/work studios suitable for artists and creative professionals, while delivering much needed long-term rental supply to the neighbourhood.    Expected to be complete in 2022.
